Top 5 things to photograph during summer!

Hello,

As it is Summer, I have taken hundreds of photos! I have been trying to keep my Instagram bright and colourful to represent summer! As you can tell by the title I am going to give you a list of the top five things to photograph during summer!

1. Flowers

I would say that Summer is the only time that there are perfect flowers (apart from the winter flowers of course). I love taking photos of flowers. Basically, every time I see a flower I stop and take a photo of it (my friends and family get quite annoyed sometimes).

2. The sky

In summer the sky is beautiful. I’ve been trying to get a photo of a red sky at night, but it is hard where I live as there are many houses and trees blocking the sky! This is a perfect example of summer to me!

3. The beach

The one thing that I love about summer is going to the beach and listening to the waves of the sea roll in and out. You can also take a lot of photos of it!

4. Ice cream

In the summer when it is boiling outside who doesn’t like a good ice cream? Ice cream is my overall favourite sweet food! I always have an ice cream all year round, whether it is snowing or it is sunny! I am just an ice cream lover!

5. Yourself

Okay, I get it you might not want to! But I think it is a pretty good idea if you were going on holiday to take a selfie in different places with your friends or family. Then you can look back on it.

Of course, I’m not gonna let you see any of my selfies as this is an anonymous blog but maybe one day I will!

  1. i love taking photos of the beach especially in the sunset and i love your pictures.
    i want to get a new camera and i don’t know what to get, i don’t want it to be too expensive but i want it professional do you know a camera like this?

    1. Aww, me too! Well at the moment I take my photos on my phone, which is a samsung galaxy s4. I would recommend the brand canon! I have read a lot of good reviews about it. If you live in the UK Argos is a good place to look, as some of them are reduced. My recommendation would be to get a camera with 15+ megapixles! Sorry I couldn’t recommend a camera type!     1. Hello Lui! Aww thanks! Well I have checked out your blog! You take good pictures too! Since you are on wordpress it will be easier for me to give you more tips. I would recommend checking out other people’s blogs and getting some inspiration on some blog post ideas. Write about what you are enthusiastic about because readers will be more interested by your words by your enthusiasm! If you want more veiws I would recommend starting up a social media account(eg: Instagram or twitter). Thanks for reading! 🙂

    1. Hello! Well I might shock you a little bit as I use my phone(Samsung Galaxy j6) but I put it on the model HDR! I have been looking for a camera and I will look into yours! Good to know that I am not the only person who stops to take photos of flowers! 🙂

  7. I totally agree with your selected photograph choices suited for this summer. Especially if you’re taking a picture of ice-cream on a bright sunny summer’s day with super-cute painted nails! However I hadn’t really thought about shooting pictures of summer flowers. That’s actually a REALLY good idea! I definitely take more for my SnapChat account. By the way, I found your blog via Zoella’s blog.

  12. Great pictures! And some nice inspiration. With Summer almost over, I need to head out and shoot some photos when its cool in the morning. And thank you for the ice cream picture, I believe I know what I am having for breakfast now! 😉
