Down days

Hey, I’m sure you have had at least one down day. Where you have been worrying or unhappy about something and I am here to tell you that it is normal!

Here are some tips on how to avoid them:

*Tell your friends everything that you want to

*be social- talk to people

*write down everything on a piece of paper and rip it up and throw it in the bin!
