Today I am going to talk about worries.
I worry about absolutely everything! And its true I think I have a disorder.
Worries are when you care about someone so much, then when that person is sad u feel sad about them.
Remember worries are normal and it is a good thing to worry because it means you know you care about them. See even dogs get worried too….

•Think about what you are worrying about and think is it a problem
•write all of your worries down on a piece of paper and rip it up!
