I wanna talk to u about stress! I know I have a lot of stress between school, exams and even day to day things! So here is a few tips on how to avoid stressing!

1. Space things out. Do not do to much things in a day or this will make you stressed!

2. If you are worrying about exams all you need to do is start revising early to make the exams easier!

3. Have time to yourself. I know if you are busy it is hard but try and have some time to yourself to relax and forget about stressful things!

4. Do yoga
